In a way to truly deliver the Blockchain platform for daily use with, democracy and decentralization. They adopt the underlying consensus protocol to build the tailored mechanism and super representative sits at the core of it.
The introduction of DApp has boosted a network performance, established TRON governance, and significant low resource consumption, and the user ‘s threshold on the TRON network.
So my first question is, what makes a qualified super representative? What is their mission and why does SR matter to the entire Blockchain? So could we start with Alex first? Alex, please.
>> Alex: Okay. To be a representative, first, you need to be very responsible and very familiar with new technology and new trends but always is working for the mission of being the decentralized economics to more users so the thing is both — participator and also, supervisor of the entire Blockchain. That’s my answer.

>> Thomas: I think there should be two characters to be a qualified super representative. They can represent the public opinion of their community and maintain close contact with their community.
And second, the super representatives should be honest and not evil. As a super representative for these blocks, they contain the transaction that the community members rep. So they must ensure that the nodes do not affect the stability of the TRON network. Okay, thank you.

>> Julian: Hey, guys! So it’s pretty simple to just put out there, they should be good and generally do the right thing and produce blocks but that is kind of like the core principle.
I think ultimately what it comes down to is the function of an SR within an ecosystem such as TRON. You know, ultimately these are the nodes that are producing blocks that are generating node rewards and candidate rewards: Ultimately because of the way that TRON operates, tokens are burned through transactions, smart transactions and etc. and nearly offset the burning tokens are the new tokens that are made.
So one hundred percent of new tokens are currently created and rewarded to these SRs and it’s my belief it’s the responsibility of the people that operate these SRs, to basically encourage more transactions, to encourage more use of that Blockchain, etc. So from my perspective, those node rewards function as a way to incentivize directors, and the way we do is community forming.
These SRs are the first line of communication when someone comes into the TRON network and ultimately if someone is coming into TRON, nine times out of ten, they’re going to be talking to an SR before they talk to TRON.
The primary educating force is the SR and I kind of believe that it’s a responsibility of that SR to encourage development and action.

>> Yes, thank you! Obviously TRON’s SR main objective is to do blocks on the Blockchain, run, and secure. So it’s the SR responsibility to understand how all of that works and how all of that comes together. But you know, outside of that, they take or participate in the governance of the network and help participate in the growth of the network. As Julian said, we are the first line that the community will come to. Usually, it’s the most visible out there. And the most successful if you want to call it that because we’re available on telegram, Twitter, etc., and we’re the most active. So yes, I believe from the SR perspective, know how to run the nodes and the next line is the community. Without a community, we cannot grow the TRON ecosystem and we want to encourage more growth and more participation from the community on the matrix so we can all grow together.

>> Thank you! So what makes highly qualified SR? That’s the question. First run reliable server nodes with high-quality hardware. Second, educate users and give them support. >> Alex: They have a lab open developing assistance and they have more active developer environments and so that’s why we — TRON. Compared with — more close to the world — it is about what users need. Thank you.

>> Thomas: As for the contributions of the super representatives, I agree with the idea. First, to be a super representative, you must maintain the stability of the TRON ecosystem. I think this is a very important contribution. Secondly, the super representative actively solve the problems. That’s why we became a super representative. I think this has placed an important messenger of the TRON ecosystem and it shows as an important Blockchain explorer of the TRON network displaying the information of blocks, transaction accounts, and other useful information to the users.
And I, as for the advantage and — mechanism of the TRON ecosystem, I think first, when the super representative generates to still look at the reward. And I think is the most advantageous of the TRON network. Thank you!

>> Julian: Yeah, so I think TRON is a pretty unique Blockchain. I think the thing that’s really set it out and made it stand apart is obviously the community involvement and activities. You know, just kind of going back to what MISHA and Louis along with myself, since the beginning and have built some really cool, really innovative things on the Blockchain and ultimately, it’s how are they able to build those and I have to go back to the comment that I said before which is, it comes down to what their main function of an SR is which is, they’re the ones that educating the community on how to interact with Blockchain itself.
And I think what is so unique about TRON today is a large number of community SRs that have come in and played a key role here.
The community SRs that still do play a key role there. And the fact they continue to build and innovate on that chain.
>> Yes, excellent! So the next one will be LOUIS. Can you share your opinion about the a super representative on this question?
>> For me, I think it’s a little bit different. I mean, we have been with TRON for quite a while now. We have been here from the beginning, you know? As Julian said, I even remember, prior to TRON even launching, I followed it and they basically came out and said, this is available — I didn’t really think they would make a super representative so I ran a node to get into the game. And to my surprise, I was able to get elected and I only got elected with the community.
So to me, it’s more about running the node or anything like that. It’s kind of like an extreme hobby. It wasn’t really about the rewards. I was in the right place at the right time, I could do it. The community supported me and I have only been here because of the community. I have never given the low rewards but the higher rewards so for me, it’s an extreme hobby, been here since the beginning.
You know, a lot of things I can tell you, even before the test net was launched and all of the things we did back then, like, TRON when it was first invented or made.
I remember making it and still asking a lot of the SRs on call now, what do we want more? What do we want to see more in there? It’s about from the beginning and just consistently being here and opened to the community. Yeah, you’re here for the ride and the journey and I’ll be here as long as the community wants me.

>> So over the past two years, TRON has advanced the protocol in many ways as we all know. Many other blockchain projects are moving quite slowly in terms of introducing new technologies which are evident today such as cross-chain protocol and — which is — very well welcome from outside as we are introducing multi-change inoperability with clever next month. I believe the best contribution that we at TRON wallet and clever have made as an SR to advance the TRON launching is simply to attract more than 75,000 users by onboarding them to TRON and I think it’s also important to mention, to introduce the user to seem LELS process inside of the wallet to freeze and vote in the SR elections has been a major contribution as well.

Speaking of the incentives and mechanisms that TRON offers, the top 27SRs, it’s attractive if it’s implemented correctly — so the development team is running the nodes actually need to offer very high rewards to gain votes and thereby, ending up giving away most of the block rewards themselves.
